Inclusivity is not a simple issue. It is a debate in the wider society that includes questions of right and wrong, social morality, and manners. It is very hard to make policy choices without seeming to favor one side or the other.

But I was just reviewing the Pathfinder Leader's Handbook, and went through the page on inclusion, and it struck me that we have sexual harassment training at work all the time. How wonderful it would be if we raised a generation of scouts with amazing manners and high respect for one another's sexuality! Instead of being on the defensive, there is one area in which we can help kids grow up to set the example!
